Small Print

Property in Spain will redeem this voucher as a Cashback to include travel and accommodation or other costs incurred in the purchase of a property from our portfolio or that of affiliate offices in Spain. In association with participating developers or promoters or agents.
Maximum cashback is 500 euros, subject to relevant items as detailed below.

The following conditions apply. Maximum of one outward and one return flight of two adults travelling together from any UK airport to any Spanish airport on a view trip organised in part or whole by Property in Spain and affiliate office in mainland Spain or Mallorca. Hotel room for maximum of three nights.
Subject to purchase of a property introduced by Property In Spain in conjunction with local affiliate office to whom all relevant expenditure receipts (as above) should be provided together with a printed out version of this personalised Cashback Voucher.

Payment linked to notarised completion on resale or first stage payment relating to new build property purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer related to viewings or property purchase or transferred to other person.

TO CLAIM YOUR VOUCHER

01 Print out your Voucher and present with your receipts to Property in Spain property professional assisting with your view trip when you are in Spain.

• Subject to participation of Spanish developer/affiliate/supplier and change without notice.
• Voucher cannot be applied to more than one single usage from current offer participants.
