- Private vendor to approve listing presentation.
- Design and production of Property Fact Sheet, with up to four additional images where required.
- Additional listing of Property Fact Sheet in our Club Spain client library and emailed to registered buyers.
- Receipt of any offer to buy and ongoing negotiations.
- After sales service for vendors and buyers includes inventory, liaison with developer on resale of compraventa/contract, solicitors, notary, and completion visit. Mortgages and insurance where required.
Sales Commission
Our comission equates to five percent of the asking price or agreed price. This is on a strictly no sale, no fee basis. We do not require sole agency or exclusivity. Commission to be included as part of the legal completion (signing of deeds) disbursements.
