Private Sales - Gold Package
Our Gold Package includes all the features of standard service as well as:
- Active involvement of the relevant local affiliate office(s) closest to the property who can informally value the property if required.
- Pro-active marketing includes window displays and local advertising and a listing on websites operated by our affiliates throughout Spain.
- Listing with 800 Caja Murcia property offices and property portal.
- Viewing service also includes view trip arrangements, such as hotels.
- Meet and greet by one of our English speaking property professionals who will also provide;
- Comprehensive area tour covering amenities for fulltime living, vacation rental as well as education and medical facilities etc.
- Secure key holding, where required.
- Personal one to one viewing of the property.
- After sales service for vendors and buyers includes inventory, liaison with developer on resale of compraventa/contract, solicitors, notary, and completion visit. Mortgages and insurance where required.
Sales Commission
Our comission rate equates to a total of 7.5 percent of the asking price or agreed price. This is strictly on a no sale, no fee basis. We do not require sole agency or exclusivity. Commission to be included as part of the legal completion (signing of deeds) disbursements.
We also happy to list properties on our Gold Service where the private owner stipulates a minimum reserve price onto which we add a percentage for commission, subject to local market forces, obviously. If you prefer this, please provide your minimum reserve price onto which we then add our commission.
