Spain's best property deals

The sunny Costa Calida has produced Spain’s best recession property deals, now available to UK buyers seeking a magical combination of bay view location and unbeatable purchase package.
Villas and apartments on a hilltop site overlooking the Bay of Mazarron and 400 metres from a Blue Flag beach carry discounts of 30%, guaranteed mortgages of 90% and a 3-year rental stream guaranteed by a major Spanish bank.
