These are the latest bargains in the ever popular Costa Blanca. There are savings of up to EUR 44,000 at the popular hillside resort of Entre Golf, where scores of happy British families are enjoying the sunny, laid-back lifestyle that comes with a property in Spain.
The developer, who has been building in the area for over 30 years, is offering a range of key ready homes and others due to be completed this year at the new low prices. Spanish banks are lending 70-80 percent loans on the properties beause of the excellent value of the latest deals.
The Costa Blanca property market is readjusting and sales are currently brisk as buyers have begun to return, tempted by dramatic reductions in homes prices. One agent reports five sales in a single day - not achieved since the Spanish property market peaked in 2006.
Developer spokesman, Ken Bryne said: “We’re certain those who pick up deals now will be well placed to make a significant return on their investment over the next three years or so.”
The Spanish property market has suffered in line with the UK and many other western European sectors, and has seen a fall off in the number British buyers looking for homes overseas. Now the UK's dire financial position and slump in house prices and jobs has got more families looking to move to the better lifestyle and weather of Spain.
