Big discount and Spanish Gov rent guarantee

A 2-bed garden apartment in a quiet residential district of seaside resort Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca is being offered by specialist website, PropertyInSpain,Net with a 20% discount and 5 year rental deal guaranteed by the Spanish Government.
The rent is paid directly by the Government as part of the recently announced scheme to help the country's young people get on the housing ladder. An inverstor will also get tax break and tenancy break options.
PropertyInSpain.Net spokesman, Kevin Barnett said: "This is the first sale of a property accepted into the Spanish Government scheme to house young workers. The Government take on the lease and guarantee to provide a tenant and pay EUR the 24,000 rent direct to the owner. This aplies for five years with annual renewal options for the owner.
"The low cost mortgage from the bank can be transferred to the new owner."
