Britain’s favourite property destination is becoming the “Costa Bargain” as developers drop prices and add sales incentives to tempt buyers to the first homes summer sales for over a decade…
Well priced homes in Costa Blanca south have been snapped up by thousands of Britain and other Cold Belt buyers during the boom years with many families settling into Torrevieja and neighbouring resorts to enjoy the sunny Spain lifestyle.
But as the world-wide credit squeeze hits Spain, developers and promoters want to turn unsold properties into cash to invest in their next projects. They have been lopping off thousands of euros and including appliances and furniture to tempt buyers.
Specialists, like PropertyInSpain.Net, offering the best bargains of bank-owned repossessions and key ready homes have soared to the top of the Google world rankings for Must Sell property in Spain. They have been selling at up to 50% below current valuations as buyers flocked to their award winning website.
Now the most prestigious developer in the region is offering key ready apartments and villas at massive EUR 40,000 discounts at their flagship La Finca Golf in Algorfa, just 15 minutes from Blue Flag Beaches.
Apartments prices are at an all-time low of EUR 131,000, duplexes with gardens and rooftop solariums are EUR 159,000 and best selling, golf frontline villas start at EUR 463,000.
“Costa Blanca is now the Costa Bargain. They can be bought right away on a first come, first served basis with up to 90% mortgages because of the below market level pricing.
