02 Finding a Property
If you have friends who have already bought their home in the sun, or sporting interests such as golf or tennis, then you will already have a starting point.
If you’ve fallen in love with a place after visiting it on holiday, you will probably go back to see all the local estate agents. But a word of caution - locations that are ideal for holidays may not be so ideal when you are there all year round.
