02 Finding a Property

If you have friends who have already bought their home in the sun, or sporting interests such as golf or tennis, then you will already have a starting point.

If you’ve fallen in love with a place after visiting it on holiday, you will probably go back to see all the local estate agents. But a word of caution - locations that are ideal for holidays may not be so ideal when you are there all year round. For one thing, you could find that in the summer months you can’t move for tourists! It may be better to look at quieter towns or villages nearby.

But, if you are starting with a clean sheet, the Property in Spain Networkhas direct access to a wide range of developers and real estate agents covering thousands of properties throughout Spain. Their properties are carefully selected for British buyers and come from leading developers and developer/agents in all the best known residential tourism areas.

There are three ways in which Property in Spain can help you to compile a shortlist of suitable properties from which you can, hopefully, buy the Dream Home of your choice or make a worthwhile investment:

01 One of the internet's fastest property search facilities can be used to produce your own short-list within minutes. You can revise your selection online and automatically email it for further help in refining the list and arranging viewings in Spain.

02 Or simply email your property or mortgage requirements to an experienced adviser will call you (without obligation), in order to discuss your specific requirements and present you with a shortlist of suitable properties and finance options.

O3 Telephone one of Property in Spain's location specialists to discuss the type of property, the area and your budget and they will send a selection of properties direct to your home or office.

When you are happy with your shortlist, contact Property in Spain to arrange a short visit to view likely properties. Join Club Spain and read the helpful Fact Sheets and Helpful Lists which give important background briefings to help you make the right decisions on where, what and when.
