This is for those clients who want to take full advantage of the rental guarantee, not pay any community fees and not stay in the apartment, just use it as an investment. Clients can of course opt out o the rental guarantee contract as and when the contract is up for renewal if they then decide that they want to use the apartment as a home.
MIX OPTION
