The website, which has just published its new rankings, also positioned the Stadium Course third in Continental Europe, one of only two Spanish clubs featured in the top 20, and 86th in the World. full article

At the end of 2011, the new Spanish Government announced that there would be an extension of the reduced VAT rate of 4% instead of 8% on all new build properties in Spain. This extension now continues throughout 2012 and we're working with one top property developer to offer a further 4% reduction making some new build properties tax free. full article
